Who we are...
Staffed with community members who love the work we do with offices in Boulder, Denver, Austin, San Antonio, and Los Angeles. From our Colorado office, we serve the technological needs of companies here in Boulder and as far north as Longmont and south to the Denver Tech Center. We also remotely support companies outside of the state of Colorado. We have grown our team and now have a depth of over 40 engineers in support of our valued clients. Our team here in Boulder focuses on our local clients, serving their IT needs with white-glove support.
Our approach...
We function as your company’s IT department. The only difference from a traditional internal department is that we are officed, salaried and managed by Technology Helpers. As with any in-house department staff, we know your employees by name, their roles in the organization, what is important to them and how they get their jobs done. Working in tandem with our clients, Technology Helpers provides the necessary IT services to keep each client's business functioning optimally.
Clients we service...
Technology Helpers works with small and mid-sized businesses who typically have from 15 to 200 employees. Often our clients' IT needs don't require a full time staff so they work with us as their IT department. Some clients have an internally staffed IT person or department but need additional expertise, more manpower on large projects or more consistent coverage while people are on vacation. In either case, we pride ourselves on bringing great value and productivity to our clients' businesses.

What is different about us...
At Technology Helpers, we begin with a 'courting period' with each potential client. This allows us to establish that we both feel our partnership is a good fit. This process ensures we have the foundation and trust to build a long term relationship.
As we begin working with each new client, we do an 'Onboarding Project,' allowing us to become familiar with each client's needs, systems and team. We assign a minimum of two staff to each client and work to keep our team consistent. This knowledge overlap ensures an experienced, history-aware professional is always available.
Once established, Technology Helpers develops a revolving, three-year technology plan, so that we all know where we are and where we are going.
